Do I need a finished design?
No. A rough sketch, logo, inspiration photos, colors, or even a simple idea is enough. We'll work with you to develop a professional design before production begins.
When do I send my logos and artwork?
Complete your order first. After checkout, email your order number along with your logos, artwork, reference images, and design instructions to tapxgear@gmail.com.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof. Production does not begin until you've reviewed and approved your design.
Can you help create my design?
Absolutely. Whether you have a complete concept or just an idea, we'll work with you to build a design that matches your vision.
Can I order for a gym, team, or event?
Yes. We create custom apparel for individual athletes, gyms, academies, tournaments, promotions, businesses, schools, and special events.
How long does a custom order take?
Production begins after your final design has been approved. Total turnaround depends on the complexity of your project and production scheduling.
Can changes be made after production starts?
Changes are easy to make during the proofing stage. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, so please review your proof carefully before giving final approval.
