Is there a fee to join?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or membership costs to join the TapX Gear Team Partner Program.
Do we have to place a bulk order?
Most products can be ordered one piece at a time. Custom MMA and Muay Thai fight shorts may require a minimum team order, depending on the selected style.
Do we have to keep inventory at the gym?
No. Most orders are placed online by your members, produced after purchase, and shipped directly to the customer.
Can we use our existing logo?
Yes. We can build your collection around your current logo, colors, artwork, and established academy branding.
What if we don't have a logo or design?
We can help create a new direction for your team. Custom design work is included for our partner gyms at no additional charge.
Can we request something not currently on your website?
Yes. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll review the available options. Some specialty products may have different ordering requirements or production times.
Can we add new products later?
Yes. Your team store can grow over time. We can add new products, updated designs, seasonal apparel, competition gear, and special event merchandise.
How does the academy earn money?
Your academy earns 10% back from eligible purchases made using your assigned partner discount code. Payouts are available after the account balance reaches $50 and may be issued through Cash App or used as TapX Gear store credit.
How long does production take?
Most individual orders ship in approximately two to three weeks. Custom fight shorts, bulk orders, and specialty products may require additional production time.
