Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TapX gear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: All Custom appearal, and clearance items are final sale.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
Lost Packages:
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping & Processing Times
Most products are processed, printed, and shipped within 3 weeks. In rare cases of high demand or backlogs, orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
Incorrect Address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility after 30 days. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity, and reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
Returned by Customer:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. All sales of books and digital products are final. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days with a photo of the issue for review.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads (eBooks, study guides, etc.), all digital product sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
International Orders
Brazilian Customers:
Customers in Brazil must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving an item to request a return due to product issues. Returns will be reviewed for damage or use, and refunds may be denied if the product was used or damaged.
EU Consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or personalized products.
Sealed products unsealed after delivery.

Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Custom Items (Books and Standard Products)
Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the product.
Products must be in new condition: unworn, undamaged, free of stains or odors, and with all original packaging or tags.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued if it is in resaleable condition.
Custom Orders (Personalized Items)
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a product that does not match your order form (e.g., incorrect spelling or size), please contact us within 10 days at tapxgear@gmail.com.
If the product matches your submitted order, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.
If the mistake is on our part, we will correct the order at no cost to you.
Please double-check all order details before checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time for Non-Custom Items: Please allow 10–15 business days for processing and delivery.
Processing Time for Custom Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
Year-End Shipping Notice: Our warehouse closes for two weeks at the end of December. Orders placed after December 13th will ship during the second week of January.
Return Process
Start a Return: Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item to begin a return.
Condition for Refunds: Returned items must be in unused, original condition. Damaged or altered items will not be refunded.
Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed.
Unclaimed Returns: Items returned to us unclaimed will be held for 30 days before being donated.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to us.
The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment after confirming the correct address.
International Orders (Including Brazil and EU)
Brazil Customers:
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with proof of the issue. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
EU Consumers:
According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalized goods or items made to order.
Sealed products unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged or Defective Items: Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Lost Packages: Claims for missing shipments must be submitted within 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Errors on our part will be corrected at our expense.
